Aperture selection and capabilities are unlimited, including injection molded segments, non-blinding Flex-A-Thon and custom aperture configurations. Feed impact areas can be molded into the screen.

For fine wet and dry separations, screens are available with many slot configurations. Injection-molded segments are available in openings as fine as 0.1 mm!

Open-cast materials are available where specific polyurethane formulations optimize screen wear life. Options range from soft urethane with excellent impact resistance to higher durometer suited for fine, wet applications.
