TEMA ISENMANN INC., a leading producer of urethane screen media and wear liners based in Lexington, Kentucky, is currently seeking a Mining Applications Engineer to support product sales across North America.
Ideal candidates will have a solid technical understanding of mining operations and equipment—particularly screening equipment and screening media.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with direct customers and dealer network to maintain and grow the current business in the mining industry in North America.
- Establish working relationships with sister companies within the group and facilitate intercompany sales.
- Prepare sales proposals and design layouts for the company sales team and dealer network based on application data and technical specifications.
- Provide training for dealers, customers, and the internal sales team on product offerings and screening fundamentals.
- Conduct customer site visits and collect pertinent information to run screening calculations and recommend equipment sales.
- Research and development of new product offerings.
- Cross training with aggregate technical support specialists to provide coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of mining operations and processing plant flow.
- 5 years of experience in the mining industry with roles in milling and maintenance operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or a related field.
- Experience with CAD tools, AggFlow, and other relevant industry software.
- A thorough understanding of mining regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
