Effective June 1, 1998
All products manufactured and/or marketed by
TEMA Isenmann, Inc. are warranted to be of good
quality, within dimensional tolerances, and to
be free from defects in material and workmanship.
We may, from time to time, offer in writing additional
warranty for certain applications covering specific
areas of performance such as screening efficiency
or wear life.
Following are the terms under which TEMA Isenmann,
Inc. offers a warranty:
- In the case of new applications, an Application
Data Sheet (ADS) must be filled out completely
and submitted at the time the order is placed.
Without an ADS no warranty will be valid.
- If a warranty has been extended to include
screening performance, a request for alternate
panels must be made within thirty (30) days
of screen startup. Performance warranties will
expire thirty (30) days after machine startup.
- Exchange panels will be billed at time of
shipment. Invoices for such panels will be credited
only when original panels are returned to our
Lexington facility in saleable condition. Panels
showing excessive wear or in otherwise non-saleable
condition will not be credited. Returned Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) numbers must be obtained
for all goods to be returned. Goods returned
without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Replacement/exchange panels will be shipped
via the most efficient transportation method
available. Expedited transportation costs will
be billed to the customers account.
- Performance problems caused by non-screening
functions are not covered by our warranty. Problems
caused by non-screening functions can be things
such as, damp fines clinging to coarser particles
resulting in a product contamination.
- Any changes in operating conditions will
void all warranties unless such changes are
agreed to in writing by TEMA Isenmann, Inc.
- In order to improve the performance of our
screening products, TEMA Isenmann, Inc. may
recommend changes, such as altering machine
speed, stroke or direction of rotation. Refusal
to implement such recommendations may result
in the warranty being voided.
- TEMA Isenmann, Inc. may make specific recommendations
regarding the installation of its products.
Problems resulting from failure to adhere to
these recommendations will void the warranty
