Product Highlight: Pin & Leg Panels
TEMA ISENMANN has many screening media products that standalone, but we also have multiple products that work in systems to provide the best materials.
One of those product systems is the Pin & Leg Panel System.
There are two different types of pin & leg systems that serve different fits of machines. The modular open-cast polyurethane pin & leg panels are compatible with all 1’ x 1’ and 1’ x 2’ systems. The injection molded pin & leg panels are compatible with 1’ x 1’ systems.
These panels and systems can be used for a variety of functions. The hi-flow systems offer reduced margins for an increased open area, and the solid pin design helps with quick and easy installation and removals.
Manufactured in varying durometers, these products are suitable for all screening applications, from wet sliding materials to dry abrasive wear. Pin & leg systems are available on the market in H-sleeve, round sleeve, and many other pinning options.
Just like the rest of our products, the pin & leg panels are custom-made, with integral steel frames to meet any application. They can be manufactured from 30mm – 70 mm in thickness, depending on the application.
Not only are these systems manufactured in different sizes and custom-made, but the TDS disconnected web design also creates a flexible non-binding panel.
The pin & leg system can be used for any and all mining and aggregate applications, from fine sand to dry iron ore and everything in between.
