The Saddle Top System was developed so screen panel fastening holes on conventional runners could be replaced in sections instead of replacing the entire runner. The Saddle Top is manufactured from polyurethane and fits onto a flat bar runner that is, in turn, fastened via cleats to the cross members of the vibrating screen. As the Saddle Top is a replaceable wear component, it protects the runners, increasing runner life and reducing maintenance downtime.
